As far as we kown, the Prestressed concrete box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webshas be emerged in the1980s. It has gained extensive research and application in France andJapan beeause of its advantages, such as light self-weight, specific mechanical behavior, higheffective prestressing system, short construetion period, beautiful shape and without the webfracture problem, etc.Sineethe1990s, more and more efforts and interests has been put into theresearch work and engineering practice on this kind of bridge in China. As a kind ofsteel-concrete composite bridge, how to choose the shear connector and make areasonabledesign and calculation is the key issue to the composite box girder bridge with corrugatedsteel webs which improve its overall performance.The widely used shear connectors inprestressed concrete box girder with corrugated steel web include stud connectors andferfohond connectors, This dissertation makes research on those shear connectors.Maincontents follows:Firstly, according to the domestic finished shear test parameters, using ANSYS toestablish two types of shear finite element solid model, whole process simulation aboutstructural deterioration between the start and the completion of an event for their stressmechanism and failure modes.compares finite element result with experiment result,revealingthe accuracy and rationality of finite element analysis.Secondly, On the basis of the basic model, this dissertation change the parameters andanalyze result to find the key factors influencing the shear a shear performance of the control.which supplies a reference basis for design. Experience formulas at home and abroad forshear bearing capacity about the two types of shear connectprs, combined with modelparameters makes an analysis on calculation. This paper compares finite element results withequation result of two types of shear connectors, revealing rationality of finite elementanalysis. According to the error, proposed the recommended formula of ultimate shearcapacity.Finally, according to the relative criterion requirement and the results of analysis of themodel parameters, gives some design proposals,and it is preliminarily summarized the common design method of the shear connector in composite box girder with corrugated steelweb. This article combined with specific instances and make a security verification.
