Research On The Development Planning Of Rural Passenger Transport System

The development of rural economy, the transfer of rural surplus labor, the rapid increaseof rural resident travel demand, rural road mileage and density increasing, the relevantnational policy support, and many problems that status quo of rural passenger transportsystem exists, because of these, development of rural passenger transport system needs to bescientifically planed. Meanwhile, because of rural passenger transport system planningresearch less, it is necessary to complementary and perfect the rural passenger transportsystem planning theory.First of all, the necessity and practical significance to develop rural passenger transportsystem was analyzed in this article. the domestic and foreign research status quo of ruralpassenger transport system was summarized, the research contents and technical route wasproposed in this paper,.Secondly, the characteristics of rural passenger travel and time distributioncharacteristics and spatial distribution characteristics of rural passenger flow were analyliesd,the rural passenger demand forecasting of quantitative and qualitative methods were studied,ternary linear regression method is used to forecast rural passenger traffic, and then to forecastural passenger transport on the basis of the estimate quantity.Again, the method to determine scale, level of rural bus terminal fields and a stop at theend of the first stop location is proposed. Introduces four kind of models of rural passengerline network and promote use of mode, line type, divided into line network layout withminimum tree method, analyzes the line transfer mode and connect mode. The allocationmodel is applied to estimate passenger lines with car number, and an example application,analyses the rural passenger vehicle selection, and put forward according to different situationcombining with the characteristics of passenger travel mode of train operation organizationarrangement and start.Finally, based on the status GanquanXian history data, respectively from the bus terminal layout planning, line network planning, prediction, as well as the allocation and thetrain operation organization four aspects has carried on the instance argument toGanQuanXian rural passenger transport system analysis.
