Application Research On County Rural Passenger Transportation Planning Method

In order to build a well-off society and promote the equalization of basic public services,rapidly develop the rural passenger transport is an important measure, it has vast importanceto balance the urban and rural development, safeguard and improve people’s livelihood. Atpresent, the rural passenger transport planning and application in our country is relatively rare,it is lack of a set of methods which suit for the rural area market and technical level in thedevelopment process of the rural passenger transport.This paper set the compilation of the rural passenger transport system planning as thegoal which is suit for the county industry management department or base planningdepartment, with the principle of systematic, applicability and operability, through the view ofsystem engineering, followed the normal method of planning compilation, analysed andsummarized the planning method which is systematic, scientific, simple and easy to operate.The main research contents were summarized as follows:Firstly, systematic analysed the survey information and the way to get the informationwhich is used for the rural passenger transport system planning, the survey results were besummarized as”5pictures,5tables,12indicators”.Secondly, according to the rural passenger transport market network structure and thetrip characteristics of the rural residents, this paper provided the passenger transport demandprediction method which suit for the rural area, set the key target in the rural passengertransport system planning with the method called "relational tree”, put forward the principleand measure of the target value setting.Thirdly, this paper through layered the rural passenger transport line networkscientifically, put forward the main line planning method based on the combine of “Nodeimportance placement method” and “Route arranged one by one-optimization of the routenetwork method”, at the same time, provided the branch line planning method called“Diagram connection method”, estimated the line capacity allocation with the “Peak hourmaximum section flow estimation method”. According to the station classification standardsand functional localization, analysed the layout of rural passenger transport station with“Node importance method” and “Tracing the target system method”.Then, set up the integration of urban and rural transportation organization frameworkbased on the hardware and software, put forward the countermeasures of rural passengertransport line transformation. Finally, this paper set the Taishan rural passenger transport system planning as an actualexample, made a lot of applied research from the present situation investigation, demand andforecast analysis, target system establishment, layout of line network and terminal, capacityallocation and so on.
