In order to reduce themechanical failures and the accidents, improve its operational reliability, security,maintenance efficiency, and to diagnose the fault location quickly in the event of failure, itis very necessary to build a real-time system to monitor the running parameters.Under the principle of that the parameter is easy to detected and reflect themechanical characteristics accurately, this paper analyze the vehicles power module,hydraulic module, Transmission module, braking system and steering system module, thenselect the engine speed, mechanical oil temperature, coolant temperature, transmission oiltemperature, Steering oil temperature, Brake oil temperature, oil pressure, transmission oilpressure, turbocharger oil pressure for the monitoring parameters. And design the overallmonitoring system according to the selected parameters.After the analysis of the microcontroller interface and LCD circuits, SD card, thepaper base on PIC16F877A MCU and the adopted sensor, designs and simulate the powermanagement circuits, sensor conditioning circuits and sound-light alarm circuit, etc. themonitoring system program is written by C language, and is debugged and compiled onMPLAB platform. The goal of the monitoring program is to realize the function ofacquisition, computing, storage, real-time display of parameters, alarming and so on.Finally, the paper simulates the monitoring system on the PROTEUS, makes the PCBcircuit and analyzes stored data in the software, the results show that: the system caneffectively acquire the parameters, realize the computing, data storage to the SD card,displaying the parameter on the LCD, sound-light alarm function, it meet therequirements. |
