| With the continuous development of China’s aviation industry,friction and collisions between support service vehicles and aircraft in airports frequently occur.The tower’s dispatch of service vehicles mainly depends on manual instructions through walkie-talkies,and sometimes there are information delays.It appears that this brings certain hidden dangers to the operation of the aircraft.The safety of the aviation industry must not only consider the flight process of the aircraft but also the aircraft after landing and docking at the airport.In order to reduce the work error rate and speed up the aircraft operation information construction,this paper takes the current status of the airport as the background,and designs an airport special vehicle auxiliary guidance and command system to schedule the aircraft service vehicles.This paper uses global positioning system,geographic information system,and fourth-generation mobile communications and other related technologies to establish a system communication platform for practical functions,design a system database,draw an airport electronic map,and design a special vehicle dispatching algorithm.The software development of the tower command and dispatch system under the Eclipse integrated development environment was completed using Java language development tools and Arc GIS related controls.The system communication platform is established using wireless data transmission equipment based on civil dual-network communication technology.The terminal equipment module is configured,and then the data communication between the vehicle terminal and the command platform is completed according to the TCP / IP protocol and the socket communication technology.Using the object-oriented Geodatabase geographic model,combined with Oracle database-related technologies,the concept,logic,and physical design of the system database is completed.Finally,a database for theairport special vehicle auxiliary guidance and command system is established.After comparing various map-making software,the Arc Map software under the Arc GIS platform was used to draw the airport dispatch map.The high-end GIS functions of Arc GIS-Server were used to edit the geographic data involved in the map in a distributed environment.,Management,analysis,and more.According to the special situation of airport special vehicles,the model and algorithm design of the service vehicle command and dispatch problem are established,and the actual flight data of the airport is used to verify and finally a reasonable dispatch algorithm is obtained.Provide an integrated multi-functional information platform for airport managers to check information on the status of special vehicles and schedule flights for flight support missions.This improves the efficiency of aircraft service operations,reduces the rate of work errors,and further advances the informationization of aircraft services.Contributed. |
