The Research On The Energy-saving Of Rural Housing In North China

Since reform and opening,rural residential buildings amounts with surprising rapiditywith the rapid development of the economy. However, the rapid growth is of greatspontaneity and blindness for the lack of scientific guidance, which made the ruralresidential construction has been in a relatively backward stage. North of China badweather, the indoor thermal environment in winter heating energy consumption, not ideal,has seriously affected the quality of life of the villagers. Therefore, the improvement ofrural living environment, improve the quality of life of the villagers has become an issueof China’s social development. With the construction and development of economicalsociety, to improve farm village residence of the status of large energy consumption, anew type of energy saving in rural buildings arises at the historic moment, mainlyreflected on the rural residential retaining structure.Based on the appropriate technology theory, this paper take the envelop enclosures ofthe north rural houses as research object and make an evaluation study, provides a solutionfor optimizing envelop enclosure schemes. In the first place, through the investigating torural houses’ envelop enclosures in north areas, understand their current status and traitson materials and constructions, and analyze the types of energy-efficient technologyaccording to the current policies and requirements of our country. Secondly, according tothe requirements of appropriate technology theory, puts forward the northern area of ruralresidential enclosure structure energy saving technology of regional evaluation objectivesand methods, to choose the suitable regional conditions enclosure structure energy savingtechnical scheme proposed solution.Based on the extensive field research, this paper proposes the suitability evaluationsystem of envelop enclosure using energy-efficient technology for rural houses in northtareas of China. It has certain practical significance and value to improve rural residents’living environment and quality of life, and reach the aims of sustainable development.
