The Design Of Wheel Force Transducer Data Transmission System Based On Bluetooth

Wheel Force Transducer(WFT) and the data collection system based on it have an veryimportant influence on the study of a finished vehicle performance. Additionally,they alsoact as a meaningful role in vehicles design,vehicles develop and performance evaluation. Inorder to further improve data acquisition accuracy and transmission rate of the WFT, thedata transmission system has been developed based on Bluetooth wireless technology,whichfollows the research direction of domestic&overseas and based on WFT of the southeastuniversity owning intellectual property in the domestic. The system is consist of uppercomputer part and slave computer part, and the work of the former includes hardware andsoftware design of the collection module&transmission module, and the major work of thelater is developed a set of upper computer data-analysis software using MFC of VC6.0onthe Windows platform,which based on the data collection card of CAN. The major researchcontent of the thesis includes：1.Using the C8051F021as the core ship of the hardware of the collection module,andembedding Bluetooth module and SD card module in it,and the function of the softwaremajor includes the useful data realizing local-storage or real-time transmission byBluetooth,and colleting the data of the encode disk,and preliminary decoupling in thevehicle coordinate system,and detecting the power and alerting if the battery low.2.Using the C8051F040as the core ship of the hardware of the transmissionmodule,and embedding Bluetooth module which realizes communication with the collectionmodule,and the function of the software major is realizing a smooth communicationbetween the collection module and che transmission module,especially,because transmissionmodule communicates with the collection module by Bluetooth and otherwisecommunicates with the upper computer by CAN bus,it act as a key role for the differentcommunication medium.3. The upper computer data analysis software is the interface to users，which requiresits operation interface simple,convenient and humanization,and the function of it includesmanaging users, receiving data,finishing analysis,display and storage.
