Research On The Space Layout Expansion Of Tourist Town

With the urbanization rate continues to improve, the national economic structure had a substantial change, the tertiary industry accounted for the proportion of GDP increase. The economic structure of small town has begun to change. The small town which features as tourism resources has been developing rapidly, urban spatial layout changes dramatically. Taking the small towns own particularities into account, this paper summarizes the evolution of the spatial layout of the development, and promote the sustainable development of its space.This paper conducted in-depth study about related theories and cases of tourism resources in small towns.Based on the theories, starting from the development stage, the paper analysises of the factors affecting the evolution of its spatial layout and summarizes the spatial layout type, features and spatial development regular patterm. Finally take Dasha town for example for research.This paper divided the development of tourism resources in small towns into four stages, Bud development, expansion, stability and development restructuring and development, development of weak transition. Every stage affected by natural conditions, policy planning, economic base, cultural, traffic conditions and other factors. Every factor has two sides and the degree of association is different.The small towns which feature as tourism resources include three spatial types. They were spread slug type, beaded axial expansion type and multi-core group type. There are four characteristics of the development of space capabilities. Firstly, tourism resources development directs the Construction Orientation of the small towns. Secondly, the small towns both have the travel services and life function. Thirdly, public service area accounted for a high proportion of the total land use. Fourth, the tourism industry accounts for economic dominance. The development impacts of spatial layout include self-renewal and tourism resources leading role. Tourist town spatial layout includes three regular patterm. Firstly, the space layout continues organic expansion. Secondly, the space layout develops from gathering to disperse. Thirdly, tourism coordinated the urban industrial layout.This paper just summarizes the features and spatial development regular patterm of the small town which features as tourism resources.It does not proposes new theoretical approaches.Due to the limited time and research ability, thesis research needs further study in future work.
