| With the rapid development of China’s economy and the improvement of the people’s income level,the form of building equipment,the way of creating the indoor environment and the mode of electricity consumption have changed greatly.And the power consumption of buildings is increasing.With the widespread use of energy consumption equipment and the increasing use of time,the growth rate of energy consumption in public buildings will exceed the growth rate of public building area,and the proportion of large public buildings with high energy consumption is also rising.Therefore,public buildings are the key targets for building energy saving.However,most scholars only perform energy simulations on one or several public buildings,lack the macroscopic overall energy consumption simulation of a certain region and the relationship between the total energy saving and the architectural design indicators on the micro level.However,with the development of energy-saving technologies and energy-saving concepts,we should pay more and more attention to the issue of building energy consumption in the entire region.This article selects the public buildings in Chongqing as the research object,analyzes the impact of the energy conservation contribution from the energy saving design standards of public buildings in Chongqing and the influence of design parameters on the total energy consumption of public buildings.Then,this paper evaluate design standards on public building energy saving in Chongqing.First,through the previous literature retrieval,the actual energy consumption data and area data of all kinds of public buildings in Chongqing are obtained,and the data support is improved for the city model of the LEAP reference scene.At the same time,the requirements of design standards on public building energy saving in Chongqing are reviewed,and the parameters required for DesignBuilder modeling are determined according to the requirements of the standard.Secondly,according to the parameters of the building model established before,the energy consumption intensity of all kinds of public buildings and the proportion of their respective terminal energy consumption are simulated by DesignBuilder software,and the actual energy consumption intensity obtained by the literature retrieval is compared and analyzed.Finally,using LEAP software constructs two urban models named of reference scenario and energy saving scenario,the energy saving contribution of "design standards on public building energy saving in Chongqing" was calculated to be 315 million 300 thousand kWh.Then the standard parameter of structure parameters,lighting density,equipment power and air conditioning system COP are assumed,and the building model and the LEAP city model of the future scenario are re built.The total energy consumption of Chongqing public buildings in 2030 is reduced to 19.7 billion kWh.Compared to the actual total energy consumption in 2017,the energy saving rate is 21.8%. |
