Because of the complexity of buildings and the comprehensiveness of various professional, resources waste is becoming more and more significant when facing all kinds of collision problem and uncertain factors of construction schedule in the construction. By introducing BIM technology, the collision problem in the construction can be nicely solved. Moreover, the construction schedule would be optimized through construction simulation.Based on the reasearch on theoretical analysis of BIM technology at home and abroad, the main point has been studied:(1) By using the Revit modeling and secondary development function of API to deal with the information. This makes the model more clarified and extracts the component in the construction schedule for the association to provide a guarantee.(2) In a collision Navisworks has been used to check single profession and all professions to generate collision reports.Meanwhile, using secondary development function of API solve the problem that Navisworks can not solve a single problem of collisions of objects. This provides the actual construction of the collision early warning. According to the construction of the collision detection results of the model to be modified to achieve the most optimal model for construction after the simulation.(3) Project softwares are used to complete the preparation of project progress in the construction of the project and import Navisworks and associated components to achieve complete4D virtual construction in order to prediscover the problem caused in the post-construction phase and deal with in advance.Through the dynamics of the actual construction progress monitoring...
