Optimization Study Of Water Conservancy Project Schedule With Consideration Of Cost-quality-completion Risk

With rapid development of science and social productive forces, large scale ofproject construction, exploration of advanced technology and complicated orgnizationand management, engineering project management level must have a substantialincrease. To better achieve the management goal of water conservancy projectconstruction, comprehensive optimization of project cost, quality, and completion risk,discussion of quality control and management between contractor and subcontractor,the research work had important practical significance to ensure the project objectives.From the perspective of water conservancy project contractor, this paper mainlydeeply discussed and studied the following contents:(1) Scientifically and reasonably analysis of the relationship between eachwork’s duration and cost, quality, completion risk in water conservancy project, thispaer put forward basic basis to cooperated-building parties for their managementwork in chapter two.(2) Listed quality infactor into water conservancy project schedule optimizationgoal, namely, coat, quality and completion risk three targets, and considered ofinterest rate and inflation change to cost, studied the effect of each work’s duration,then put forward piecewise quardratic function between time and quality, establishedthe cost-quality-completion risk balanced water conservancy project scheduleoptimization model.(3) Used intuitionistic fuzzy set theory to construct a evaluation function for themodel, and designed solving method and computer programme based on geneticalgorithms, finally given out a reasonable schedule implementation plan toconstractors. An engineering example is given to verify the effectness of the modeland the feasibility of the solution method.(4) With the aid of supply chain management thinking, this paper studied qualitycontrol game problem of water conservancy construction supply chain composed bythe contractor and subcontractor. Under incomplete information environment, quality supervision effectiveness and quality guarantee fund as contractor’s control means,quality guarantee level as subcontractor’s control measure, this paper structures anindex function relation between quality guarantee level and the deduction amount ofquality guarantee fund, establishes the quality income model, and uses optimal controltheory to seek the strategy.
