| Nowadays the form feature of construction machinery depends on structure, function and situation. And the updating model of construction machinery is different from automobile is. That is to say,"Form Follows Function". Meanwhile, the dependency relationship has negative effect on brand innovation and it also leads to the ignorance of design innovation in the construction machinery field. So it is necessary to build design method for construction machinery.Based on the practice of design projects coming from SANY and interdisciplinary knowledge, the research aims to study the representation method about consistency of form feature and semantics of construction machinery. This method could be as an assistant to help a group or a company to build and develop brand reputation and update its products.The thesis aims to study the representation on consistency of form feature and semantics of construction machinery and its design object is construction machinery. Firstly, confirm the role classification of form feature and form semantics. Three roles are found separately. Form feature includes of function, brand and history role. Meanwhile, form semantics is made of function, feature and brand role. Furthermore, based on the role classification of form semantics, form semantics mainly contains three models of reconstruction. And then, three combinations are found among three roles of form semantics. It is proved that group type mix could generate some similarities and differences by experiment. At the same time, the research proposes two representation solutions--MOODBOARD as forward direction and MINDMAP as backward direction. At last, the study comes up with a design system and method giving service to design innovation in the field of construction industrial design. |
