| Combined heat and power generation (CHP) is an efficient energy production way by combining heat and power generation. Compare the cogeneration and separate generation of heating and power in coal-fired,in order to produce the same amount of heat output and electricity,the cogeneration of heating and power can save a third of the coal production which is used in the Separate Generation.Meanwhile,the overall efficiency can be increased from50%to75%.Huaneng Linyi Power Generation Co. Ltd.#5unit is140MW domestic coal-fired steam turbine generator set, operated in2003. The boiler is ultra-high pressure and natural circulation boiler produced by Shanghai Boiler Works Ltd; the turbine is produced by Shanghai Turbine Works Ltd with140MW ultra-high pressure, intermediate reheating, double cylinder and double exhaust steam, uniaxial and extraction condensing; the electric generator is air-cooled generator produced by Dongfang electricity machinery company ltd.This project is removing two stage blade from the low pressure rotor of the#5units, and improving the exhaust steam pressure to heat the circulating water. After supplying heat season, recovering the low pressure rotor to condensing rotor which means fully recover to condensing state of the original design unit. By transforming, The largest flow of the low pressure cylinder exhaust of#5unit is309t/h in TMCR condition, which will greatly improve the heating capacity of the unit. Due to the rising of the low pressure cylinder steam pressure and temperature, condenser needs to be reinforced and return water pipe network and condenser circulating water pipes need to be docked correspondingly. Using of low pressure cylinder exhaust steam to heat circulating water and condensate flow back to the native condensate system will improve the economic efficiency of the unit. This project conforms to the national comprehensive upgrade "coal-fired units","energy conservation and emissions reduction, reducing environmental pollution, and creating economic benefit principle. |
