Electricity is becoming more and more important in industrial production and people’s daily life, Improve power quality and reliability is becoming a major issue that the power system is faceing. Substation is becoming increasingly important as the power of concentration and distribution points, and the methods of improving the reliability of the substation is a breakthrough solution to the continuing power supply problem. In this case, the substation computer monitoring system has played a pivotal role.In recent years many the countries in the world have emphasised the importance of improving energy efficiency. Smart grid technologies have developed rapidly in recent years in many countries, which is becoming the trend of future power grid. substation computer monitoring system technology has matured greatly and shown great changes accordingly.Substation computer monitoring system promotes the realization of the unmanned substation. The grid scheduler can obtain the real-time information of substation quickly and accurately, and the real-time operating status of the substation to detect the fault and do decision-making and processing. Substation computer monitoring system helps the operator to reduce and avoid the wrong operation and wrong judgments, shortening forced outage time, then achieve modern operation and management of substation.This thesis is a comprehensive and systematic introduction of trodational substation computer monitoring technology and integrated supervision and control system of smart substation, the impact and solution of electromagnetic interference on the computer monitoring system. focuses on the E3000integrated monitoring system in practical engineering applications.E3000system include:E3171integrated monitoring and control devices; E3151bay merging unit; E3181intelligent terminals.the CPU of device uses a high-performance embedded POWRPC SCM+FPGA, complex programmable logic device CPLD technology, real-time multi-tasking operating system, with rich protocol library, the system designed in accordance with IEC61850international standards, using international advanced substation technology and embedded ethernet technology, the system has a high real-time and reliability, with good interoperability and openness.E3000is designed for facing electrical bay, it’s suitable for object as a unit to conduct a comprehensive, real-time monitoring and control, the system can be fixed or hanged in cabinet, electromagnetic compatibility reach IEC61000-4-XX Class IV, applicable to all voltage substation integrated monitoring system.
