As the power source of automobile power steering system, Automobile power steeringpump performance is a direct impact on the security of steering and handling stability, it willbe more stringent on the cars with small engine displacement,high speed,high power and lownoises. But now, one of the key technologies of domestic power steering pump, the statorcurves, Mainly depend on the introduction of foreign technology, and then digested ininnovation on the basis of foreign technology. Finally, the stator curve equation will beobtained. Many domestic manufacturers during the design and manufacture of the stator curveare due to the reasons of the limited conditions in design and manufacturing. At the sametime, there is a big lack of energy saving and noise reducing. Therefore, The study on thedepth of one of the key technologies about power steering pump stator curve is important,which can helping narrow China’s gap with the advanced foreign technology.This thesis main research is as follows:1. Taking the dimensionless velocity V, acceleration A and jerk J, as the optimizationobjective, combination of the segment stator curves are multi-objective optimization based onMTALAB, obtaining the sectional combinatorial curves equations based on optimal design.And using MATLAB graphics tool to map out the sectional combinatorial optimal curves bycomparing with other common used curves, then finding out its kinematic performance isbetter than other common used curves o f power steering pump stator.2. Analysing the flow pulsation of the sectional combinatorial optimal curves, andusing visual analysis tool of MATLAB for the rule diversification of flux pulsation.Contrasting flow pulsations between traditional stator curves and sectional combinatorialoptimal curves, the flow pulsation obvious reduced. The sectional combinatorial optimalcurves are highly regarded to promote product values.3、Using Pro/E, the3D solid model and assembly of power steering pump of car weremade. According to the simulation analysis for car power steering pump by using ofmechanism module, the varying kinematic curves of car power steering pump were given out.Contrasted with the distance, velocity and acceleration equation curves which are deduced by the theory,the results are concordant with them.4、For how to reduce power steering pump noise generated at run time, only carrying throughthe first discussing.
