Automobile steering system including many parts,including the car’s steering pump occupies the core position of steering system,due to the double action vane steering pump is mainly used,so there are big vibration factors in the process of operation,noise factors and energy loss,these factors unfavorable to parts from past in hydraulic power steering system is always the key content of the study.The results of the vibration factors and noise factors result in the hydraulic system cannot be ignored,so to study and implement measures are necessary.Are generally described in this paper,the hydraulic system,find out the part of the hydraulic rotation system,mainly is the study of the vane pump and the overflow valve,the various components within the vane pump can produce vibration and noise factors are analyzed and the research,through effective methods to these unfavorable factors are implemented.Firstly illustrates the power steering system includes what sort,and illustrates the function of hydraulic drive system,and then tell all kinds of hydraulic power steering system,components and how to work.So the main research is how in the hydraulic double-acting vane pump is rotating in the system.Second,the vane pump in the hydraulic steering system has carried on the detailed research and analysis,the transmission shaft of vane pump,stator,rotor has carried on the finite element network model was established,found the natural frequency of the drive shaft and stator,the stator of different modal analyses of the radius of the circle,to find the inherent frequency and comparing with the inherent frequency of the vane pump,after the analysis of the results,make its far away from the natural frequency of the vane pump,so that we can reduce vibration,reduce noise.Finally,the article explains the vane pump stator,the stator paint stator curve,its performance to make use of matlab/simulink simulation software simulation analysis such as acceleration curve is given and is cosine curve,found after five times curve movement is more stable,at the same time,and for making the model analysis of overflow valve,finding out the improving method,the field strength of the improved structure has carried on the finite element analysis,contrast before and after the transformation parameters,made after the oil flow more smooth and safe,so are well improved.At the same time to analyse the oil distribution disc strength wear-resisting material,makes the whole hydraulic rotation system is more stable at runtime.
