Ship galley design has an important meaning to improve the quality of the galley staffworking efficiency and guarantee the quality of life of persons on board ship and improve theoverall efficiency of the play, and comprehensive evaluation is the important means to clearthe problem and guarantee the quality of the design. In this paper, a detailed analysis of thenecessity of large-scale ship galley ergonomics evaluation and the current situation of thedevelopment, from the large-scale ship galley related ergonomics standards andcomprehensive evaluation method, comprehensive evaluation model are studied. The mainwork is as follows:Analyse the large ship galley ergonomics evaluation standards from the space of thegalley layout of large ship, cabinet furniture, and environmental factors, and to construct thelarge ship galley ergonomics evaluation index system, use AHP to determine the weights ofeach layer index.The evaluation index data obtain and processing method have studied. According torelevant ergonomics standards established transformation function model of the objectiveindex evaluation value and evaluation score, so as to evaluate objective index and data unifiedtreatment; Established the form of comments subjective evaluation checklist by evaluationexperts own subjective feeling scored points to evaluate the subjective index.Study the theory of the comprehensive evaluation method, in view of the evaluationprocess has "fuzzy" and "grey", combined with the characteristics of grey clusteringevaluation and fuzzy evaluation method establish AHP-fuzzy grey comprehensive evaluationmodel based on AHP for large ships galley ergonomics evaluation, in order to make theassessment result is more realistic.Using UG/OPEN API developed large ship galley objective ergonomics evaluationsoftware. Integrate largh-scale ship galley ergonomics evaluation methods, evaluationprocess, the evaluation index, evaluation standard which has proposed in this paper into theevaluation software.According to the model store establish a large-scale ship galley3D model. Using theevaluation method which proposed in this paper and objective evaluation software to evaluate the cabinet furniture of the ship’s galley. The evaluation results are analyzed and puts forwardsuggestions for improvement.
