The ship is configured with multiple cabins which can meet the crew different functional requirements.The cabin can meet the demands of work and life during the voyage.Among them,ship galley plays a very important role in these cabins,and it can provide food for the crew on board timely.While,the effective supply of food is the precondition for maritime missions.The merits of galley layout affect the level of working efficiency.A reasonable galley layout way can improve working efficiency and accelerate the speed of food supply.This paper takes the ship galley layout as the main subject.The research is as follows:First of all,according to the ergonomics layout requirements for domestic and foreign ship galley layout design standards,it can be in accordance with galley's reasonable arrangement.The fundamental process of galley's work and work's task have been studied.Based on action decomposition,the various actions within each task is divided into multiple basic therbligs.Using MODAPTS to determine the common basic therbligs time value.Secondly,from the layout relationship of cabins and the layout relationship of equipments to study ship galley layout problem.We consider the cabins relationship between logistics and non-logistics.Building the cabin layout optimization model and evaluation system.For the purpose of reducing transit time to establish equipment layout model,we consider two ways of transport between artificial transport and trolley transport,and use genetic algorithm to solve this model.Thirdly,using DELMIA to establish a large ship galley equipment model library,which can achieve the model quickly to use.By analyzing human model's establishment mode,we set up a standard human body file who meets the national standard size.According to the common working posture in ship galley,we build a manikin posture library.Finally,the arrangement optimization method is proposed to optimize a ship galley,and put forward a galley layout improvement program.A large ship galley simulation environment is built based on DELMIA,and we can do simulation analysis in ship galley based on person's working task.As the result of simulation data,we can judge whether the galley layout result is good or not.
