Research On Digitalization Of Typical Building For "Hsingking" In"Manchukuo"

Public buildings are a physical space carrier of historical process of urban development. Public buildings are an important witness in special historical period, such as politics, economy, culture and urban spatial structure. Thus, it is important to research public buildings design in a particular historical period.At the late Qing Dynasty, with the development of the seeds of capitalism in China, people’s lives and consumption patterns were changed. These changes put forward new demands for public building’s function. In addition, with the intensifying of invasion of imperialist powers, the Chinese, Japanese and Western Country’s culture were collision. And the Chinese traditional public architectural style has been a series of shocks. Traditional and single public buildings emerged new building types. Such as the school, hospital, hotel, bank, church and club were emerged.Changchun is located in the Northeast China. It can not escape the impact. In1931, after Japan launched the "918" Incident, and quickly occupied the Northeast China. Japan established the "Manchukuo" and capital "Hsingking "(Changchun city location now). Under the rule of the puppet regime, the government unified planning and development of the "Hsingking", such as the urban space’s development, the urban land use’s layout and urban public building’s constructure.In this paper, research the public buildings of "Hsingking" in a period of "Manchukuo". On the basis of literature research and organize and field research. And analyze the trend of "Hsingking" land expansion and urban space development historical process. Further more the author explores the type and characteristics of the public buildings. Use the way of Graticule-Photography-Model digital building surveying and mapping to specific research for typical public buildings of "Hsingking". And the author proposed the countermeasures of protection and use.The paper is divides into four chapters:Chapter Ⅰ, Introduction. This part is elaborate the paper’s studies origin, studies purpose and meaning, contents and methods, the relevant concept interpretation and a review over domestic and international.Chapter Ⅱ, The author is installment an overview of urban development history and process, the degree of land expansion, and public buildings development. The overviews are basis on the politics, economy, culture, and historical changes of modern Changchun. Furthermore, the author analyzes the development of public building’s factors and architectural features of "Hsingking" in a period of "Manchukuo".Chapter Ⅲ, Use the way of Graticule-Photography-Model digital building surveying and mapping to specific research for typical public buildings of "Hsingking". The public buildings are such as Guandongjun Headquarters and "Manchukuo" State Council. The author is analyzing the public building’s morphological characteristics, from building facade, structure and styles.Chapter Ⅳ, Analysis the impact factors of the "Hsingking" public building’s protection and reuse. The author proposed the principle and countermeasure of protection and reuse.
