Evaluation And Study On Efficiency Of Highway Network Transportation In Chang Zhu Tan City Group

Transportation is the important foundation of rationalizing the distribution of resources and improving the quality and efficiency of economic operation. As the most common daily life and the most basic means of transportation, urban transportation is an important part of transportation system. With economic development, urban transportation has made a rapid development. However, at present in the internal city, there are a lot of problems in the development of public transportation. There problems include transportation congestion and low in average speed of bus. These problems have great influence on the further development of urban transportation. Thus how to increase the transportation efficiency becomes an important problem desiderated solution.This article starting from fundamental research to urban transportation and urban transportation efficiency theory as a starting point, the factors that affect the highway transportation is expounded roundly. And then, with the status of highway transportation system of Chang Zhu Tan city group (CZT), this paper analyzes and researches the factors that affect the highway transportation of CZT. It establishes the evaluation index sign system of the highway transportation, and the value of the highway transportation indexes is calculated, and then respectively applies the evaluation method of the highway transportation——the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method (FCE) to evaluate and analyze the highway transportation efficiency of CZT. The result shows that the CZT’s highway transportation efficiency is relatively high as a whole. Finally, according to the evaluation and analysis, this paper makes proposals and takes measures on improving the efficiency.
