Research On Quality Evaluation Of A Office Building Construction Project In S City

The National Quality Supervision Department of Construction Projects is responsible for standardizing the quality behavior of the responsible units of the projects,strictly holding the important responsibility of managing and improving the quality level of the projects.However,due to the reform of the construction quality supervision mode from “The third party(government)quality supervision”to “The mechanism of the record of the completion and acceptance”,the National Construction Quality Supervision Department no longer carries out the grade evaluation of the construction quality.At the same time,the problem of product quality is becoming more and more serious in the whole construction field.The measures of product quality have not been carried out effectively.Under these circumstances,it becomes one of the important ways to change the status quo to carry out the total quality assessment of construction projects,which is dominated by the construction quality supervision.In this paper,for the first time,the theory of engineering quality evaluation has been thoroughly studied and analyzed from the aspects of domestic and foreign engineering quality evaluation models,evaluation index system,evaluation methods,etc.,in our country,the evaluation model is mainly carried out from the perspective of the construction side,the cost and technical method are more in the evaluation index,the analysis and research function are less,and the evaluation method is mostly fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the Index Evaluation Literature of Office Building Project is relatively few.This paper mainly from the perspective of the construction side,the use of ex post evaluation index method,the office building project quality evaluation.Secondly,according to the construction characteristics of the government office building project,a total quality evaluation system is formed,which includes the content of process quality evaluation.On the basis of referring to the existing research results and combining the characteristics of the office building construction project in s city and the project reports in recent ten years,the concrete evaluation indexes are determined by using the factor analysis method,through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the expert scoring system to determine the calculation index weight,thus building a scientific and suitable for s city office building project quality evaluation system.On the basis of referring to the existing research results and combining the characteristics of the office building construction project in s city and the project reports in recent ten years,the concrete evaluation indexes are determined by using the factor analysis method,through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the expert scoring system to determine the calculation index weight,thus building a scientific and suitable for s city office building project quality evaluation system.Then,the real case of a office building construction project in s city is introduced,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze it,and the key points,weak links and existing problems of its quality control are found,and the corresponding suggestions are put forward,with a view to improving the overall quality of s city office building projects.
