Research On Coordination Mechanism Of Railway Project Management

The current railway construction of our country has entered the key transformation, but the development of railway project management theory system can not meet the railway project management need in practice. In addition, the railway engineering projects construction process greets all kinds of conflict, forming the present great resistance stage of development in the process of railway construction. Thus, the railway project management coordination mechanism study is very necessary.This paper introduces a harmonious management theory, stakeholder theory, engineering supply chain management theory, transaction cost theory and the public relation theory as the railway project coordination management theory foundation, through the questionnaire survey and discussion visit determine the key influence factor, construct railway project coordination management mechanism total model. Based on the above theory research results, the paper puts forward that railway project management coordination mechanism suggestion system. In this paper, the main research results are:(1) It defines the coordinated management influence factor of the species. Combined with the theory of harmonious administration, it defines the dominant influencing factor and recessive influence factor. And then based on stakeholder theory, it distinguishes the coordinated management area, further the influence factors are divided into four categories:internal recessive influence factor, internal dominant influence factor, external recessive influence factor and external dominant influence factor.(2)Combined with the concrete practice of railway construction, it finds out the key inside and outside influence factor of the railway project coordination management.(3) It defines the railway construction project definition of supply chain, and establishes the railway engineering projects construction supply chain model, then builds a railway engineering projects construction coordination mechanism total model.(4) It analysis the coordination mechanism and composition of the inside and outside railway engineering project management. Combined with railway project management coordination mechanism of total constitute model, from the strategic layer and project layer on the mechanism of internal and external coordination mechanism analyzed, and then it forms the composition.(5)It has put forward corresponding operation suggestions of the railway project coordination mechanism.The result of this paper has certain theoretical significance for ascension of our country railway engineering projects construction level, and at the same time further to be proved through the test of practice.
