The paper does anti-seismic performance analysis for a steel frame-RC core-wall hybrid structure by finite element software SAP2000. There are two aspects of building the analysis model:one is to set strengthened stories at about0.6times high of the building, another is whether to consider about the role of soil-structure interaction. In order to present some reasonable advice of High-rise Building Structure Design, in this paper we should analyse and sum up the rule of analysis model and then contrast with codes.The structure system’s dynamic response results obtain from two aspects that is modal analysis and dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis, there are main contents and achievements as follows:1、In the begin of paper summarized significane of research, focus on how to set up the structural model, and present simplifying principles and design factors in detail.2、First checking primary model’s rational by modal analysis, then analysed the other models. Contrasted models and shown the consequence:the translation natural vibration period of SSI is longer than NSSI, but the torsion period almost was not changed. The dynamic response of models seemed slower than before, and the slowest one model which set strengthened stories at18th floor was reasonable.3、From anti-seismic performance analysis results of four groups model’s dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis, what we could obtain is that top floor’s maximum displacement and acceleration were later than before,but shear force of structure and components were also later. The change of structure and components’shear force was different that one was smaller than before and another was larger. The reasonable model was which set strengthened stories at0.6times high of the building;The dynamic responses of frame was vary as different seismic wave, so it was necessary to do anti-earthquake analysis with different seismic waves.Finally, summarized from the paper, we could conclude that the analysis method of soil-structure interaction was necessary, and the reasonable location of setting strengthened stories is0.6times high of the building.
