Abstract:Energy resource is the important material foundation of human being. With the rapid development of the national economy, the energy consumption intensity increases sharply, which has led to the contradiction between supply and demand of energy more and more prominent. Thermal power plants are large primary energy users; energy-saving work of thermal power enterprises has very important significance for improving the utilization efficiency of primary energy. Energy-saving evaluation for thermal power plant is an important part of energy-saving work. It can reflect the energy consumption level of whole thermal power plants. It is not only the summary of previous energy-saving work, but also guide the directions to further dig the energy saving potential.Following the principle of index system construction, this paper establishes the energy-saving evaluation index system of thermal power plants. Coal consumption rate, comprehensive service power rate and water consumption rate are chose to be three senior evaluation indexes corresponding to coal-saving, power-saving and water-saving.13factors are chose from the all influence factors of three indexes mentioned above to be primary evaluation indexes.Matter-element analysis method and AHP are used to evaluate. The former is a math problem solving method and introduce to energy-saving evaluation system of thermal power plants preliminarily. The energy-saving evaluation matter-element model is built according to matter-element analysis method. Energy-saving senior evaluation and primary evaluations are done by quoting the operating dates and statistic dates of a thermal power plant from Datang Group. The evaluation results have some degree guidance significance.The necessity and feasibility of developing application software are discussed, and the energy-saving evaluation application software which designed based on Visual Basic programming language have senior evaluating and primary evaluating function. Tested with the same set of data of the power plant and running result is consistent. The evaluating process is convenient and fast, the evaluating result is intuitive and accurate.
