The Feasibility Study Of The New Campus Construction Project In Higher Vocational College

Feasibility study is an important stage of the basic construction procedure, is the core of project decision. In the investment decision-making before, to deal with the construction projects on the market, technology, economy, social and other aspects of comprehensive analysis、evaluation, so as to judge whether the project is feasible in technology, whether it is economically reasonable, and provide reliable technical and economic basis for the project decision. Taking Hubei Communications Technical College new campus construction project as an example to conduct a feasibility study, research is carried out mainly from the aspects of the project construction background, the demand analysis and the scale of construction, overall planning, energy saving and water saving measures, environmental impact assessment, the implementation of the project schedule, investment and finance, social benefit and risk evaluation.Indicated through the feasibility study:the construction of the new campus of the project accord with "plans for the development of higher occupation education state (2010-2015year)"and "Hubei Province medium and long-term educational reform and development plan (2011-2020year)"; accord with "the national transportation’the twelfth five-year’ development plan (2010-2015year)"and "Hubei province traffic transportation’the twelfth five-year’development plan (2010-2015year)"; in accordance with local state-owned land expropriation policy and city construction and development planning; project construction necessity, the construction of sufficient reasons, construction time; project construction scale, construction scheme is reasonable in technology; project financing scheme is feasible and has obvious social; results after the completion of the project, the project is feasible。...
