Airport airfield lighting in aircraft navigation and runway low visibility at night when thedriver provides visual guidance of engineering facilities.Based on specific projects elaborated constant current development status of the dimmer, dimmer constant current waveform contains a lot of high harmonics, speed up the lightingsystem cables, airfield lighting and transformer aging rate, but also exacerbated the airportnavigation lights do not run the whole certainty. Therefore, the study of new dimmers, reduceharmonics, airport airfield lighting to ensure the stability and reliability are absolutelynecessary. First, the theoretical basis for the design of pulse width modulation principleproposed DSP320F2812based hardware circuit, IGBT selection, various auxiliary circuits,IGBT soft power and soft shutdown design. Airfield lighting control systems according to thestructure can be divided into two layers, the lower the RS-485, RS-232, CAN, such as businterface consists of field networks, airfield lighting for the completion of the data acquisitionand control; top by dual redundant Ethernet net, hot backup and other components ofcomputer networks used to monitor the completion of the entire airport airfield lightingcontrol systems, control and management functions, the PC software used for developmentusing VB airfield lighting computer monitoring software. Finally, the output waveform detected by the motherboard, different light levelconversion time, the transformer primary side output waveforms actual results to verify thedesign; follow reasonable design, clear structure of the design principles, the test proved tobe feasible, constant light level of each dimmer conversion speed, accurate, low harmonic, and has a high cost, low cost, market competitiveness.
