With the rapid development of modern electronic technology,supporting facilities of the airpoart will be gradually improved.People put more requirements on the quality of airport facilities' services because of the further research of automatic control system and the continuous promotion of aircraft performance,so the modern airport will become more and more intelligent and humane.The airport wants to achieve the precise control of the airport navigational lights and monitor the working conditions of the navigational lights in different taking off and landing situations.The environmental factors that affect the flight safety of the aircraft are greatly reduced,which requires a powerful control system of airport navigational lights.In this study,the airport LED navigational lights control system is mainly divided into three parts,the first level control processing unit,the second level control processing unit and the third level control processing unit.The first level control processing unit is mainly responsible for issuing dimmer instructions and monitoring the light working properly,this part is mainly realized by PC software QT.The second level control processing unit is mainly transferring the dimmer command of the first level control processing unit to the third level control processing unit,and transferring the state information of the lights which is monitored by the third level control processing unit to the first level control processing unit at the same time,this part is realized by the STM32F103VET6 micro controller as the core microprocessor.In addition,the second level control processing unit can also directly send the dimmer command by the dimmer button,and the state information of the navigational lights can also be displayed on the LCD screen which is driven by the microprocessor.The third level control processing unit is mainly responsible for the PWM dimming of the LED and detecting the working current,temperature and illumination of the LED navigational lights,and the test results will be transmitted to the last control unit,this part is realized by the STC12C5A60S2 micro controller as the core microprocessor with the help of the peripheral dimmer driver of LED navigational lights and the corresponding detection circuit.Through the comparison of the four kinds of communication,the communication of power line carrier is chosen as the communication mode of the second level control unit and the second level control unit.The network communication is chosen as the communication mode of the second level control unit and the first control unit.Study on the navigational light control system is conducive to solve the problems,such as high power consumption,difficult maintenance and low efficiency which are limited by China's traditional and lagging airport LED navigational light control system.This paper completes the design of the hardware and software of the control system,and the test results of the hardware and software verify the rationality and effectiveness of the design.
