With the speeding up of urbanization and industrialization process, the urban sewage discharge increases unceasingly, makes the water environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious. The lag of urban sewage treatment, has become the target implementation of regional water pollution prevention in China is an important factor, and has seriously restricted the city social economy sustainable development. The construction of urban sewage treatment facilities is an important way of solving the urban water pollution.Based on the Qianfeng sewage water treatment plant phase ii project construction as an example, through the experience in project management and the collection of practical engineering data, many aspects of research that is associated with the project, including process flow, design features, the key points of construction, quality control, civilized construction, operation management and its benefits, etc. The study found that the project using the UNITANK process improvement, namely on the basis of the original process increase anaerobic zone and sludge return system, make the structure compact structure and integration, can improve the operation efficiency, reduce cost; And two phase of the automation system has the characteristics of computerization, networking, has the good development, extension, performance and perfect production management system, advanced production, management and office automation, can achieve the plant ensure the safe and reliable operation sewage treatment plant, water quality standards.The planning and design of the Qianfeng sewage water treatment plant phase ii project, should not build the sedimentation tank to save land, use of biological denitrification and phosphorus removal in order to save operating costs. In the construction, should strengthen the parties such as design, construction, installation, operation coordination, in particular to strengthen the supervision measures in place, each link control and cohesion. Operating efficiency, can get direct economic benefit of61.5828million yuan/year, indirect economic benefit of sewage concentrated treatment can save60%one-time investment, operation cost can save30%, area of land resources will be increased30%. Can reduce the loss caused by water pollution loss, loss of land, agriculture, industry, loss of about572million yuan.
