As the development of society and the improvement of science technology, the powersupply enterprises information rapidly developing, information technology has become animportant tool to improve the operating efficiency of enterprises. Power industry is thehigh-tech industry, every area benefit in the process of technology and information. In theincreasingly high demand on the reliability of power supply, and the increasingly in thenumber of power grid construction and task, safety supervision of the construction work sitemust be to improve efficiency by information tools.Safety supervision department arrangements suitable person arrive the scene for safetysupervision, ensure the effective implementation of the organization and technical measures,control risk, make decisions according to the risk level and distance of construction and taskscene.In this thesis, we based on the current situation at home and abroad, explore thegeographic information system technology principle and method. As the safety managementbeing focus on the risk controlling before work, and risk evaluation methods commonly used,also with the China Southern power Grid Corporation practice the risk management system ofsafe production, we summarize the development and characteristics of risk managementsystem of safe production, compare various quantitative, qualitative and semi quantitative riskanalysis methods, finally selected the most suitable risk assessment method for theconstruction and task, and the Construction Work Distribution Map Management Systemsrealize the above functions.The Construction Work Distribution Map Management System base on geographicinformation system, implements the plan management and risk management of theconstruction. The plan management to avoid unplanned work and the excessive work maycause out of control. Risk management to ensure the safety supervision has a definite object inview, according to the level of risk investment relevant resources.The system has the advantages of simple operation, complete functions, high degree of visualization, practicability, effectively promote the safety management of power supplyenterprise engaged in management to predict control transformation, good service for thework safety supervision, improve the production management level of power supplyenterprise.
