In these years,the situation of fire safety in our country is improving year by year,but the number of casualties and economic losses are still large.Severe and extraordinary fires and explosions caused by fires still occur frequently.The total number of fire rescue teams in the country continues to operate at a high level.With the acceleration of urbanization,the traditional manpower-based fire safety management mode can no longer meet the needs of modern people for fire safety.The new era has new requirements for fire protection.Through the integration and application of the new generation of information technology in recent years,we can promote the transformation of fire supervision and management to fire safety management,passive fire protection to active fire protection,and promote fire protection.Disaster-driven to risk-driven transformation,and ultimately to achieve the transformation of traditional fire to modern wisdom fire.Aiming at improving the ability of fire safety management and focusing on the construction of fire information technology,this paper systematically studies the fire risk assessment in urban areas from the angle of reducing the fire risk of cities.It also integrates modern information technologies such as GIS,software development and Internet cloud service into the fire safety management system,and designs and develops a set of fire safety management systems suitable for cities.Fire risk assessment system for urban area.Firstly,this paper discusses the current situation of urban fire safety,explores the importance of fire risk assessment in urban areas relative to urban fire safety management,and points out the importance and urgency of fire information construction.This paper summarizes and analyses the research on urban fire risk assessment at home and abroad,and summarizes the shortcomings of the current research on urban fire risk assessment.Then,the basic theory of urban regional fire risk assessment is summarized,and the model of urban regional fire risk assessment is constructed.In the aspect of building evaluation model,firstly,the urban areas are divided based on GIS,and then the structure and relationship of urban fire risk factors are summarized and analyzed based on ISM interpretation structure model method.Based on ISM model of urban fire risk factors,the index system of urban regional fire risk assessment is constructed.Finally,by comparing and analyzing the characteristics of each evaluation algorithm,the structural entropy weight method is used to establish a fire risk assessment model in urban areas,and the scoring methods of each index are quantified.After the completion of the evaluation model,according to the established evaluation model,combined with user needs analysis and evaluation workflow analysis,the urban regional fire risk assessment system is designed and developed.The system is divided into three parts: cloud-based fire information database,urban regional fire risk assessment system(webpage end)and urban regional fire risk assessment system(desktop end).Based on SQL Server database management system,fire information database is developed and deployed in cloud server to realize cloud deployment of database.The B/S development mode is adopted in the urban area fire risk assessment system(webpage),which realizes the functions of information viewing,index marking uploading and user information management.The urban regional fire risk assessment system(desktop)adopts the C/S development mode and carries out the secondary development of GIS based on ArcGIS Engine.It realizes the functions of ISM analysis of urban fire risk factors,establishment of urban regional fire risk assessment model,visual evaluation of GIS display and user information management.In this paper,a series of studies on urban regional fire risk assessment are carried out from the perspective of theory and information construction,and a fire risk assessment system for urban areas is developed.It is very important to help improve the level of urban fire safety,reduce the risk of fire in various areas of the city,and promote the scientific and modern management mode of urban fire safety.
