Molecular hybridization is one of the main techniques for detection of HPV virus, andthe85%women’s reproductive cancer and cervical cancer is caused by HPV virus,sothe screening of the HPV virus will become particularly important. But the domesticmanufacturers rarely develop full automation equipment in molecular hybridization technique.At present, domestic products are mostly some semi-automatic product, the labor intensity ofmanual operation is very great. In order to develop the national medical equipment, to breakthe foreign monopoly of molecular hybridization device, it is imperative that the research anddevelopment of the automatic Nuclear acid molecule hybridized analyzer.The automatic nuclear acid molecule hybridized analyzer belongs to theelectromechanical integration equipment. Mainly used in molecular biology diagnosis orresearch field.At first, this paper introduces the development status of the molecule hybridizedanalyzer’s background and significance in domestic and foreign. According to theprocess of hybridization reaction, have put forward the function demand of the automaticnuclear acid molecule hybridized analyzer. Then describes the composition and workingprinciple of the automatic nuclear acid molecule hybridized analyzer, have analyzed andconfirmed the whole scheme of the mechanical structure, and has designed the main structuralpart. Then made the design plan of the whole control system equipment, and on thisbasis,design the hardware circuit of the main control system, including the control circuit ofthe main board, electrical machinery control circuit,etc.This paper studies the stepper motor movement. Thus, it laid an important foundation forimplementation of mobile head positioning accuracy within the range of±0.05mm. Temperature control system adopts the hardware structure based on C8051MCU as thecore, which contains two PT100temperature sensor. Constant temperature control modeadopted by the PID control mode, the incremental PID control algorithm to calculate the heating power,then send out controlling parameter, control the quantity of heat generatedby the heating rod, the temperature of the liquid water in the bath change in±1℃scope.The automatic nuclear acid molecule hybridized analyzer has some advantages,example more intelligentzed and easy to operate;high—specialization intensity and wide testrange.It can be widely used in the field such as clinical astrology and so on.The research ofsystem is important to the development of the automatic nuclear acid molecule hybridizedanalyzer...
