| The radial tire separation and recovery by using high pressure water jet technology is a brand new technology, The advantages of High-pressure water jet is large power, high efficiency, no pollution, etc, and its application in the field of waste tyre recycling has obvious advancement and superiority, it has the high pressure water jet and abrasive jet impact the surface of waste meridian tire, separates rubber and steel wire of scrap tire, this will eventually gain rubber powder and steel wire which can be recycled. As the technology is in the initial stage in domestic, so, how to choose the jet parameters is vital for waste tire recycling, currently, there is no actual basis of the parameters selection, therefore, this paper mainly studies effect of jet parameters on recovery, recovery efficiency and the impact of rubber particle size. And determine the optimum operating parameters of the high-pressure water jet technology in the field of radial tire recycling. Main work done is as follows:First, through theoretical analysis, we can understand the failure mechanism of high-pressure water jet and abrasive jet objects. And through the theoretical analysis of the water jet grinding, we can determine the initial feasibility of the technology that is used in the field of radial tire recycling, which provides a theoretical basis for the next step to explore the jet operating parameters.Secondly, through experimental study, we conduct the radial tire recycling test in the high-pressure water jet lab and off-campus research institutions and enterprises, do the recovery by using abrasive water jet and pure water jet respectively. By experimental verification of high-pressure water jet technology for recovery of radial tire has its unique advantages. By using different operating parameters, which are jet pressure, nozzle moving speed and target distance for tyre peeling experiment, we can study out the influence of these parameters on stripping effect, Meanwhile, we analysis particle size for the recycled rubber powder., draw the rubber particle size variation with three jet parameters, through orthogonal experiment, we can obtain the optimum parameter combination to the minimum particle size powder, And also we analyze the impact of the jet parameters on the recovery efficiency, finally given the mathematical model between recovery efficiency, jet pressure, nozzle moving speed and target distance. Throughout the text of this paper, this paper make an exploratory research on the use of high-pressure water jet technology, which is used on radial tire recycling through the experiment of high pressure water jet technique that can the feasibility and superiority in the field of radial tire recycling, and preliminarily determine the best recovery parameters, it also laid the experimental basis for further research on this project and provide a realistic basis for the high-volume industrial recovery. |
