Tires are the only part of the car and the ground contact,a variety of automotive performance,such as handling stability,ride comfort,noise,and so on have a great relationship with the tire.Tire stiffness and vibration characteristics is an important factor in the design of automobile suspension,in the development of supporting tires,the tire factory often needs to optimize the design of the tire in accordance with the NVH characteristics of the plant.In order to study the vibration and noise response characteristics of the tire under various complex excitations,the natural frequencies and modal characteristics of the tire must be studied firstly.Therefore,it is very important to master the influence of tire design factors on the natural frequency of tire.firstly,this work summarizes the current situation of the study on the vibration characteristics of the tire,this paper raises the research;then according to the actual needs of supporting research and development,making the tire structure change factor scheme;using ABAQUS to establish the finite element model of tire and the tire dynamics analysis,understand the dynamic characteristics of the tire,and to determine the experimental settings,and the test tire simulation calculation and experimental measurement mode by finite element method and experimental method,through the comparison of simulation results and experimental results,not only to verify the reliability of finite element simulation method,and clarify the basic effect of tire structure on the natural frequency of the tire,tire natural frequency provide a reliable simulation method.
