Especially with the rise of private enterprises such as chery, geely, Great Wall, which prompt the car prices to decrease, and further stimulate the consumption of private cars in our country. In the next few years, the ownership of China’s cars will be increased by15%annually. With the increasing of the market, the competition between car manufacturers has intensified.Automotive interior decoration as an important part of the car, its importance goes beyond the body, which has been the third purchase option except power and security systems. Although domestic automotive interior decoration has been a great development over the past two years, there is a big gap with the international advanced level, mainly in the longer design cycle and serious waste of resources and lower general rate and disjointed design with practical engineering and frequent engineering changing and the unsatisfactory actual loading matching and the higher rate of product scraps and so on.Safety, comfort, lightweight car dashboard are the urgent needs of the market, and also are effective ways to raise the competitiveness of products. This paper focus on solving the interior dashboard size out-of-tolerance problems combining with the RPS system, and hope to provide some guidance for the future design of automobile interior dashboard designing and production and other practical engineering problems.
