| Existing remote automatic meter reading system is very difficult to remain just as electricity metering service level, it should use their own advantages to be characteristic of a communication system to provide more quality services for power users. In order to solve the problem of existing power in automatic meter reading system, such as, error rate is low, maintenance complex, lines dedicated, response mode passive, poor adaptability, in order to share the optical recording circuit to provide high bandwidth services for power users, in order to through the use of fusion power user realize the integration of multiple network, research and implementation of new remote automatic meter reading system is very important.The paper introduces a new-style remote automatic meter reading and integrated network system, it not only can solve existing meter reading system deficiencies, but also can providing integrated network for power users by FTTH, and gives the design and implementation of the client communication module three-phase electric energy meter ONU module. The main work of the paper are as follows:(1) To change the existing automatic meter reading system to remote automatic meter reading and integrated network system is through the research on the structure and communication mode of the existing automatic meter reading system, without changing the existing system basic structure, by increasing the EPON equipment and modify the system part unit communication module.(2) For problems of different business data in meter reading and integrated network system, the paper puts forward effective solutions of data flow physical channel separation in EPON.(3) The hardware design and implementation of user terminal equipment of three-phase electric energy meter ONU communication module, starting point of selection of chips, design of scheme and design of EMC, the paper constructed the high standard requirement with severity level of communication module.(4) Starting from the perspective of software design, the paper puts forward a feasible and efficient solution of the packet link detecting of heartbeat mechanism between client and server, and gives the design of transformation between principle645communication protocol of network and376.1communication protocol. (5) The paper proposed the test ways of communication module of electric energy meter. Verifying performance requirements of ESD by air discharge test and contact discharge test,and verifying performance requirements for verification of meter reading business by loss rate of the test module meter reading business.The test results of function and performance show that three-phase electric energy meter ONU module meets the power requirements of products,and it can provide power user network services at the same time, the efficiency of the electric power meter reading. Remote automatic meter reading and integrated network system is a practical intelligent systems,it can provide the high-quality service for the smart grid, at the same time to realize fiber to the home,and realize network integration. |
