The control system of reconfigurable mechanical test platform is that it can automatically detecet the network structure of all the control nodes,and configure their resources required of different function modules,and carry out different test schemes,also can optimize the scheduling method of system resources after users set up the test platform by different mechanical test schemes of parts&components.To some extent,the system can adape the variable test objects and platforms by itself,which can reduce the cost and shorten the period of R&D,and alleviate the workload of testers,and also enhance the competitiveness of the R&D enteprises.With financially supported by NSFC(No.51005206) and the established machanical platform,the key technologies on the control system of the platform were studies.The main research results are as follows:The overall design of the control system and its system modeling were researched.Under the practical cotrol requiement of the control system,its function structure and system framework were designed refer to the characteristics of reconfigurablility. autonomy、cooperative et al of the Holon control structure.To satisfy the similar function requirement,the function structure of general advanced Holon also with its basic Holon was designed.Then,discussion of the system overall modeling from the point of test flow was conducted.Implementation Method of Reconfigurable system hardware was researched.The physical implementation methods for four measurement&actutaion schemes the general advanced Holon including were designed.After concluding the reconfigurable controller performance requirement from the physical implementation methods,the hardware reconfigurable technologies of the controller were discussed with the composition scheme of it and the hardware circuit of all the modules concluded.Software design and messages flow reconfigurable strategy of control system were researched.Discussion that software reconfigurable methods of general advanced Holon in system was conducted,and method and process by which the basic Holons participate in reconfiguration were researched with its basic functions at the same time.Concluding the research progress on messages scheduling strategy of control system by researchers at home and abroad,a new messages scheduling strategy and its software implementation method were put forward.Software implementation methods of allocation of task and its constraint condition、data monitoring of coordination&monitoring Holon were researched.Finally,feasibility of the key technologioes of reconfigurable control system was verified though constructing examples of different test platform.
