In addition, the patterns of feasibility research settling the issues existed are interpreted; At last, the management of the research on project feasibility is inspected as well as the data of Zhengzhou marketing and the profitability of the real estate project are investigated in the case of Green Rong Xi International Building.The systemic theories and survey methods are proposed about the issues of project feasibility study by means of accounting for Green Rong Xi International Building in this paper, meanwhile, in which presents the perception on solving the cost control in the late construction.
