With the improvement of living standards of residents in our country,the demand in terms of spiritual culture increased significantly,and the tourism industry developed,followed by a series of traffic problems,such as traffic jam,the scenic spots overload operation,and shortage of parking Spaces.The Mount Jiuhua scenic area is the first batch of national key scenic area,national 5 a-class tourist area,so the parking lot construction would solve traffic problems,such as traffic jam,and shortage of parking Spaces,had affected the development of Mount Jiuhua_S company would make the analysis of the feasibility study of the Mount Jiuhua parking lot construction project,the analysis would also would provide great experience of the investment and constructions.Based on the theory of the analysis of the feasibility study and the progress of the feasibility study at home and abroad,this paper discussed the methods and progress of the feasibility study.First the background and the development of Mount Jiuhua scenic area parking situation was analyzed,then the construction plan of parking lot was designed,the foundation trench and building construction and intelligence garage were analyzed.According to the information collected,the feasibility of the project's investment and the feasibility analysis were completed,the financial indexes were calculated with the theory of financial evaluation.At the same time,the risk identification and control of the construction phase and operation stage were carried out,the effective risk control measures were put forward.In this paper,the feasibility analysis of the parking lot construction project of the Mount Jiuhua scenic area would provide some reference to the other construction project feasibility analysis,and the financing analysis and the risk analysis were all comprehensive,so this paper has guiding significance to the feasibility analysis of parking lot construction project.
