With the rapid development of automobile electronics technology,the degree of integration of electronic control has become an important symbol of development of the automotive industry.Electronic technology has involved many performances,such as the power,the economy,the comfort,the performance of through,or the safety which people pay close attention to.Especially the ESC controller with more and more complex control logic in the active safety field.The traditional test method with weakness of complex,heavy workload,long test cycle,has been unable to meet the complex control logic test.Hardware-in-the-loop test is the most effective method for ECU testing,and become an indispensable link of V mode development process.HIL test runs the simulation model with real-time processor to simulate the operating status of the ECU under test.Signal to be input through I/O interface and operation conditions to be simulated to achieve comprehensive test.HIL test system is very flexible,a simple model configuration and interface allocation can help transplant the test.for different products.In the full understanding of the hardware-in-the-loop test principle,driving simulator applications and research status of ESC test system.Proposed a new project of ESC hardware-in-the-loop simulation test system.System based on dSPACE test platform,driving simulator,PC host.The input signal of the test system is provided directly by the driving simulator,and the input signal is maximized close to the actual vehicle operation.The hydraulic brake simulation model replaces the true hydraulic brake system and responds to the valve signal output by the ESC controller,the resulting brake pressure into the vehicle dynamic model.Vehicle motion posture to 3D animation real-time display to the screen,the engineer can change the input signal according to the display,then compose people-car-load closed loop test system.Finally,after through the open-loop verification of the driving simulator and hydraulic braking model,according to the ESC function test results to evaluate test system.Test system on the ESC function test effect is obvious,it can help shorten the ESC development cycle and save costs.
