At present,the governments at all levels are increasingly demanding environmental protection policies for coal-fired thermal power plants.The original wind and dust control measures cannot meet the current situation and policy requirements.Not only the open coal shed must be completely closed,but the semi-closed coal shed must also be fully closed and upgraded.Based on the full-enclosed renovation project of the semi-closed coal shed of the Yahekou power plant in Nanyang,this dissertation carried out structural design and optimization research on a full-enclosed reconstruction project similar to the semi-closed coal shed.This research employed a numerical simulation research method,based on the structural design data of the existing coal shed and adopted the finite element software MIDAS/Gen to review the design of the existing coal shed combined with the detection,identification,and evaluation data from the existing project.It also carried out the finite element modeling and analysis of the new full-enclosed part and conducted the multi-parameter structure design optimization.The main works of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the structure design data of the existing coal shed,this paper adopted the finite element software MIDAS/Gen to review the existing coal shed under the current specification,including(1)the review of structural stress and displacement under the various load combinations;(2)mode-superposition response spectrum method was used to finish the seismic analysis review of the structure.(2)This paper proposes three structural closure schemes,for how to add gables on both sides of the existing coal shed to make the original coal shed become a full-enclosed structure:(1)the enclosed scheme of curved arc-shaped gable;(2)the enclosed scheme of vertical plane gable + circular arc extended section;(3)the enclosed scheme of vertical plane gable + extended multi-point support.This paper employs CAD to complete the design work of the enclosed schemes and then adopted MIDAS/Gen to finish the three enclosed schemes static analysis and dynamic analysis work.Through the comparison of the results of the three closure schemes,the enclosed scheme of the curved arc-shaped gable was selected.(3)On the basis of the selected scheme,the main structural parameters(frame size,shell thickness,support position)were selected for comparative analysis,and the optimal structural parameters for the selection scheme were obtained.The surface arc gable closure scheme proposed in this paper provides a practical and feasible scheme for the full-enclosed renovation project of the coal shed in the future.Through the multi-parameter structural design optimization of the scheme,this paper provides a data theoretical basis for the gable shape optimization of the full-enclosed project for the later coal shed.
