Concrete is widely used in kinds of buildings and structures because of its high strength, and good wear resistance.With the development of engineer technology,and the emergying of variety new special-shaped structures,application of mass concrete is more and more.Although concrete has high strength,and be widely used,its large volume and its poor heat conductivity,concrete hydration heat generated inside the aggregation to spread,surface heat dissipation is fast,center temperature and the surface temperature difference will cause the concrete crack,modulus of elasticity and relaxation coefficient will changed as the change of temperature and time,so concrete often crack.How to control the crack of mass concrete is always the key and difficulty of structure and construction.This article is on the base of a great deal of practice,summarizes the characteristics of large volume concrete,the reason of crack of concrete,and from the design and construction of two angle,has analyzed the control of large volume concrete crack finite measures.This article uses large-scale finite element software ANSYS,simulation analysis of the county people’s Hospital of flaw detection room1#wall temperature field and temperature stress,and reach the following conclution:①Under normal circumstances(no cold air temperature pelter, etc.),the outside air temperature on large volume concrete temperature has little effect on),but for the center temperature of the.nore obvious effect;②Pouring temperature is higher,the center temperature rising more quickly.The measures of voiding large volume concrete crack is plentiful,most of the scholars are buried cold pipe temperature, control measures,but the cold water temperature will cause the concrete internal non-uniform heating,what’s more,the model is a medical inspection room wall,if the cold water pipe cooling of the wall radiation adverse,so1#wall using water heat preservation temperature control measures.A lot of concrete cases use ANSYS to simulate large volume, this kind of engineering most uses coiu water pipe cooling method,ra(?)ly use storage heat preservation method,the simulation analysis and storage insulation hair combination of the case is less.Combined with large volume concrete temperature,surface temperature.hydration heat of cement,effects of heat transfer coefficient,age factors,calculation and analysis of thermal insulation thickness of the wall of water that1#for:276mm, take water storage insulation measures and then with ANSYS finite element software to simulate the temperature stress in large volume concrete,after the simulation analysis,can be confirmed:Concrete all points of stress values are basically in the allowable tensile stress, the basic will not crack.In addition to the temperature control measures,to effectively avoid crack,combining1#wall of large volume concrete construction characteristics and the actual situation of project, this paper from the angle of construction of large volume concrete construction are summarized the main points for attention:the slump of concrete, rainy season construction.
