| Floating roller pushrod and floating flat-faced pushrod-cam combined mechanism, whichare the two expanded types of the floating pushrod-cam combined mechanism of Heidelberghight printing mechanism imported from Germany, are researched in this thesis. The class â… ,classâ…¡ synthesis and the cam profile of the two types mechanism are presented. Then, acommon synthesis theory is put forward, which is also applicable to parallel and hybridcam-linkage mechanisms. So, the synthesis theory of the mechanism has important theory valueand practical significance.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:The class I size synthesis of the floating roller pushrod-cam combined mechanism ispresented. The allowable region of cam axis and the selection range of cam base circle aredetermined, by adopting the concept of virtual pendulum and analogous velocity, by the methodof the discretization and parallel line family.The class â…¡ size synthesis of the floating roller pushrod-cam combined mechanism isprovided. The allowable region of roller and the selection range of cam base circle aredetermined, by the method of the discretization and establishing floating coordinate system.The convex criterion of cam profile of floating flat faced pushrod-cam combinedmechanism is obtained.The class â…¡ size synthesis of the floating flat faced pushrod-cam combined mechanism ispresented. The allowable region and length of flat faced pushrod, and the selection range of cambase circle are determined under the condition of allowable pressure angle and the profile of camis convex.The cam profile design of floating pushrod-cam mechanism is solved by the methods ofinversion, support function and definite proportion separated point.According to the synthesis theory of the mechanism, the synthesis software of floatingpushrod-cam combined mechanism is developed by using Visual Basic as program language. |
