The continuing growth of building energy consumption has become a majorchallenge of modernization in our country, large public buildings with high energyconsumption per unit area, and fast development, so the large public building energyconsumption characteristics of building energy efficiency work is very meaningful.Foshan Global International Center as a typical of large comprehensive publicbuildings in southern China has great research value on building energy efficiencywork.First of all, according to the functional features, Foshan Global InternationalCenter is divided into mall restaurant area, office area, high-end apartment area,hotel room area, by analyzing the measured data to get the energy consumptioncharacteristics of each functional area and the typical floors; And then establish andverify the building model, Four regional error rate of simulated values and measureddata are13.99%,0.01%,1.59%and6.00%respectively. Analyzes the designconditions of the building cooling load and energy consumption characteristics, inthe peak cooling load component composition, cooling load caused by fresh air、lighting、 equipment and window solar accounted for35.78%,13.37%,9.15%and13.99%respectively. These items are the key point of saving energy. Throughsimulation and analysis, concluded that increasing inner curtain、using LED lightsource、all fresh air in transition season、 using exhaust heat recovery unit andvariable flow operation energy saving rate are9.67%,10.03%,26.04%,8.16%and6.94%respectively, according to the statistics analysis of four functional areas inproportion to the indoor temperature set point≤24℃are29.69%,28.15%,29.69%,and48.77%respectively, great energy saving space exists in the indoor temperaturesetting, then gives the suggestions on management and energy saving.Taking Foshan Global International Center as an example to study the largecomprehensive public buildings energy consumption characteristics in south China,analysis of various factors on the influence law of building energy consumption,exploration for south China region energy-saving ways and methods of largecomprehensive public buildings: In the building envelope energy saving, five different types of glass are analyzed influence on energy consumption, verify theenergy-saving effect of Low-E glass, and points out that the aerogel glass broadapplication prospects, proved that in southern China region, relative to the heattransfer coefficient, outside window shading coefficient impact on energyconsumption of the dominant role; Research on energy saving effect of increasinginner curtain or middle curtain、using efficient light source and optimal control oflighting、 all fresh air in transition season、exhaust heat recovery and chilled watervariable flow operation; According to the low indoor temperature setting of largecomprehensive public buildings, through simulation, indoor temperature rise per1℃, can energy saving7.9%, and puts forward specific measures to realize themanagement of energy saving.
