Abstract/Summary:
As the electricity-mechanical converter in electrohydraulic proportional valve,in themodern hydraulic system, proportional electromagnet is widely used. With the constantimprovement of the hydraulic system automation,the technology puts forward higherrequirements on the performance of the proportional electromagnet.Through analysing thedomestic and overseas research about the proportional electromagnet,it is some distance of theresearch level between the domestic and overseas.Therefore,with the numerical calculationmethod,there is great significance for the optimization design and the performanceimprovement of the proportional electromagnet.After looling up the documents about the issue,this paper detailedly introduces basicstructure and material distribution of the proportional electromagnet.Based on the physicalmodel of the proportional electromagnet,the paper uses the triangle element meshing method tomesh the electromagnet and get the element number、node number and node coordinate.Through the in-depth study on the meshing method,the paper gives a kind of meshing methodabout the irregular region.Combing with the the finite element theory and electromagnetic field theory,the paperdetailedly introduces the basic step,such as maxwell’s equations、the way to deduce the finiteelement equation、meshing method、interpolation algorithm of the BH curve、the algorithm tosolve the nonlinear equations.At last,the paper deduces the computational formula based onmaxwellian stress.According to the proportional electromagnet,combining the FORTRAN language,the paperformulates the program flow chart of every step to solve the electromagnet force,after runningthe program,the program outputs the result of the electromagnet force.Comparing the numerical results with the experimental result and the ANSYS result,theresults getting from numerical method consists with others’.So,the mumerical computationmethod is workable to get the accurate numerical solution.
