Proportional solenoid,as electro-hydraulic proportional technology,is widely used in electric-mechanical conversion components,the quality of its operating characteristics have a very important influence on the performance of the entire electro-hydraulic control system.At present,the researches on proportional solenoid are mostly in the static structure on the influence of electromagnetic force,and there are few analysis to study the effects of transient electromagnetic proportional electromagnetic valve.Transient electromagnetic characteristics of proportional electromagnetic valve directly determines the dynamic characteristic of the proportional valve,so if it is to improve the dynamic characteristics of the proportional solenoid valve,transient force characteristics proportional solenoid fundamentally is also needed to be studied.Aiming to expand proportional transient force characteristic transient analysis,through the review of related literature at home and abroad,summarizing proportional electromagnetic research status,explaining the significance of the study proportional solenoid,this paper expounds the research significance of proportional solenoid,determining the technical route and the research content in this paper.First analyzing the structure and working principle of the proportional electromagnet,and connecting with the theory of electromagnetic theory,Maxwell software are tools to analyze the magnetic properties of the material proportional solenoid element and three-dimensional magnetic field boundary conditions by finite element method,describing the three-dimensional transient magnetic field magnetic force calculation principle.Analyzed and obtained the transient electromagnetic theory method of proportional solenoid magnetic dynamic characteristics.By Maxwell transient magnetic solver,respectively,in pulse and sinusoidal excitation signal simulation to solve proportional solenoid magnetic size,according to the simulation results analysis of dynamic characteristic parameters extraction.Under different excitation amplitude of the pulse signal,according to the results of simulation comparison proportional solenoid magnetic force of the output rise time and fall time.Under different frequency sine excitation source signals,according to the simulation results output proportional solenoid magnetic cutoff frequency is derived.It summarizes the full text of the main research work and achievements,and predicts the future work needed to be studied.
