Taking the injection system proportional solenoid valve as the object, the thesis researches the field exploringly after synthetically analyzing technology related to it. The thesis based on the overall vehicle hydraulic technology, it analyzes the pivotal technology related to injector solenoid valve, solenoid valve Proportional solenoid actuator, injector controller and valve also be researched. In the design of proportional solenoid actuator, emphases and difficulties have been researched deeply. Through analyzing academically and calculating finite element method, matching connection and key influencing factor among structural parameters are confirmed. In the design of controller, the thesis adopts the PWM drive method of high voltage first low voltage behind, it is advantageous for enhancing dynamic characteristic of proportional solenoid actuator. Through the research on hydrodynamics, the thesis obtains the design plan which basically remains valve characteristic the same but not highly requires machining technics.This thesis covers six chapters, each chapter is discussed as follows.Based on the current research situation in the domestic and abroad, Chapter One synthetically researches the application of Fluid Power Technology to vehicle drive system, transmission system,steering system,braking system and so on, then expatiates engine fuel injection system and pivotal technology related to it, the application of solenoid valve to vehicle also be introduced systemically. At last, the pivotal technology of common rail injector solenoid valve is discussed.Aim at characteristic which domestic vehicle hydraulic subject is not systematism and theorization, .Chapter Two combines ferromagnetic material characteristic and magnetism principle, analyzes Proportional solenoid actuator with magnetism firstly, then researches solenoid actuator academically, finally constructs dynamic mathematic model.Chapter Three first analyzes magnetic field with finite element method, then researches the design of proportional solenoid actuator with MAXWELL and comprehensively analyzes structural influencing factor , finally brings forward corresponding design principle.Chapter Four analyzes current injection valve and machining technics request so that we can improve current valve under the premise of keeping flux coefficient and flux waiting characteristic from influence. At last, it is confirmed by the Fluent simulation research.Based on traditional solenoid valve controller, Chapter Five combines the characteristic of solenoid valve and designs the controller of it, making use of high voltage and low voltage drive to achieve the aim of high response...
