| The bucket wheel stacker/reclaimer has an wide range of applications in ports, mines and other storage and transportation of raw material. In order to adapt to the demands and challenges of the market, it is necessary to complete the task of series products design. The main study object of this project is to build the dimension driven designing model and FEA model for the intelligent design of the bucket wheel stacker/reclaimer.In this paper, progress has been made on the research about Parameterized analysis and design of the bucket wheel stacker/reclaimer, based on the introduction of related literatures at home and abroad.The main work of this paper:1. Parameterized design technology:According to the top-down design method, a parameterized design method was proposed for the wheel of the bucket wheel mechanism based on the3D design platform of INVENTOR. In this chapter, it includes the modeling of designing frame, the driven and check of the3D mathematical model, the technology of production drawings, driving the size changing of the frame model with modifying data in the database and production design specifications of the cooperative enterprise.2. Parameterized optimization and analysis technology:On the basis of parameterized design, meeting the design requirements of strength,rigidity and lightweight design theory, the research of parameterized FEA and optimization technology is carried out with ANS YS to obtain optimized parameters. In this chapter, the main research includes the parameterized static and modal analysis, the code compilation of loading conditions and post-processing and the multi-objective optimization.3. The improved particle swarm optimization algorithm:to solve the problem of the wheel parameters optimization, the modified PSO algorithms based on the strategy of parameterization are proposed in this paper. Compared with the traditional PSO algorithms, the modified PSO algorithms have the advantage of fast convergence and high accuracy. Another innovation point lies in the nesting of analysis wheel structure analysis with ANSYS as a constraint condition and the optimization, to realize the advanced theory applications in the complex engineering issues.4. The packaging technology of the system platform:Based on VB (Visual Basic), the parameterized design and analysis is highly integrated in the platform to achieve GUI function.In the engineering machinery, mining equipment and other major aspects about national economy and people’s livelihood, the parameterized design and analysis technology of this topic would find its optimal place with applications. The research achievements with wide engineering background would greatly reduce the product development cycle of the engineering design, and ensure the object of lightweight and reliability of the product design through advanced theory. |
