A Research Of Control Method For Pneumatics ABS Based On Logic Thresholds Method

With the increasing requirements of commercial vehicle safety performance，more attention was paid to study pneumatic ABS. As the core of the ABS，the controlalgorithm of ABS play an important role in the control effect of the system. In thispaper, the logic threshold control method of commercial vehicle pneumatic ABS wasstudied，and a virtual controller based on Stateflow was designed, finally a pneumaticABS real-time simulation testing platform was constructed which is used to test andverify the control algorithm and controller by rapid control prototype testing.The basic principle of the logic threshold control method was analyzed, andsummarized the effect of each threshold on control performanc, and the effect of eachthreshold to control performance was verified by rapid control prototype testing.According to the algorithm’s reference speed, this paper put forward a modifiedadaptive slope reference speed algorithm based on adaptive gradient estimatereference speed, and analyzed road identification algorithm of the logical threshold,on the basis of classical logic threshold control method，an improved control strategywas proposed.Finally, based on a MATLAB/Simulink platform, a real-time simulation testplatform based on xPC Target system was built. With the GB/T13594-2003"Anti-lockbraking system performance and test methods" as a testing standard, the ABS controlalgorithm and controller was tested by rapid control prototype testing. The resultsshowed that the modified adaptive slope reference speed method can fit the actualspeed well, and obtained a ideal experimental results under different kinds of roadsimulation testing.
