Based on understanding of the academic study trends abroad as well as domestic,this paper summarized some important knowledge and experients of auto-body packageing.With the application of 3-D ergonomics theory and method in auto-body packageing, I developed a function module which suits the auto-body interior package and the check of class B vehicle, following the requirements of GB and SAE handbook and used for the design and analysis of auto-body. The auto-body design method and visual field of driver was studied taking advantage of the module developed..Meanwhile its practicability was proved.。The evaluate and choose of class B vehicle inner packaging system consists of comfort,vision,safety and operation,etc. To solve the difficulty in judging the results of packaging design, the paper studied the general methods and theories of fuzzy evaluation, established the theory frame for the research of class B vehicle cab man-machine system,conducted a multy-leveled integrative fuzzy judgment,basing on the accessible theory and technology.Commercial vehicle is an important part of automobile industry both in china and all over the world.The produce and sale of commercial vehicle in our country occupy 28% of the market.Along with the continuance high development of our country economic,the demand of highway transportation is increasing strongly,and the commercial vehicle use abroad and play huge effect. We need to design commercial vehicle inner cab according with ergonomics to heighten the efficiency and safty of transportation,reduce the labor consume and task cost. No matter in shape,size or use,commercial vehicle has its own feature,differ greatly with class A vehicle.So the content,demand and emphasy of its inner package is different.under the upper background,this paper developed"the module for ergonomic inner package of commercial vehicle",which combined some designing tool and demand in SAE and GB with CAD software as standard tools for designer using.The interface of this module user friendly,the input mode are agility and multiplicity(handwork,pick up in the screen,choose from list, etc.).The interface elements were layed under the require of function,it's in focus and with reason, normative and uniform;provide picture and character information as much as possible,to assist user,containing bitmap element such as ONLINE HELP,MESSAGE HINT,BITMAP.It has UNDO function within programe capacity.The style of whole interface keep consistent with CATIA V4.The module developed was set in the original CATIA menu.This paper carried study in the inner package design applying the module developed.Ergonomics is the theoretical basis of car-body inner package.The research and application of ergonomics is directly measure to improve vehicle's comfort performance,especially to management condition and ride environment.Ergonomics package will influence the inside and outside styling and paramenter dimension of the whole car,then influence the overall performance and market competition.So the appl;ication of ergonomics in vehicle is attached importance to more and more.The package of car-body inner is an important tache in vehicle design.It's a process which take the whole form,relationship between body and chassis,restrict qualification transfered to inner package from the whole package and styling into account; make sure the inner body dimension\the manipulate and riding space of driver and passenger,and the position parameter of parts and accessories in cab,to meet the correlative demands of various performances and rules,and to correspond the contradictions between all kinds of indexes,at last to carry out the optimize of the collectivity.The characteristic parameters and hard point measures are varous,spacial relationship and restrict factors are complex.The methods realized and evakyate indexs are featured in blur\multy explains and experiential,and so on.The whole process is summarized as follow: firstly: locate the SgRP point; secondly: locate manikin,eyellipse; thirdly: control the high of coping and window. forth: layout steering and panel. Fifth: check the field of vision.To explore commercial vehicle inner package method,discuss the complex influncing relationship between hard point and designning parameter,especially after the changes of H30-1 a series of indexes was changed followed different trends.The paper dtudied deeply in the vision field of driver.The quantified dimension make the ergonomics performance emerged directly and clearly,which was not easy to analyse and judge.Cause the vision field performance touched the steering safty,riding comfort and control facility,itshould be considered as the core of inner package design.This paper studied and summarized the content\demand and method of driver vision field design.In the system of commercial vehicle cab,the field of vision was restricted and influnced by many aspacts,and changed following.The influnce of rear mirror frame to the field of rear vision was put forward for the first time.The car-body ergonomics inner package will influence many important features such as safty,steering and comfort.The analysis,evaluation and disition is an indispensable chain of the design process.Because it's very complex to package the inner cab using the research result of ergonomics and relative vehicle designing standard,and the judging indexs are blur,it's hard to make a desition.To ensure people's seating comfortble,steering convenient and viewing nice in cab,gaining safty and efficient human-vehicle system,it's of great importance to explore a integrate evaluate method which is external and mensurable.This paper adopted fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,applying the method and theory of fuzzy mathematics to carry through the evaluation and desition of commercial vehicle inner body ergonomics system.The method could provide judging results in reason and more external to manufacturers for them to male right desition.Used AHP method to determine weight of each factor.First of all devided the properties to several layers,compared them with each other,shaped the evaluateing matrix with the values of the ratio,then got the eigenvector corresponding with the biggest eigenvalue of thematrix,at last integrated and ranged the evaluate of every layer.After the deviding and evaluating of the factor's weight,and settled down the comments aggregate,make the judging of the car-body package result follow the upper method.Combine the methods of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to AHP -fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was carrying out on the basis of AHP,they had close relationship with each other,improved the reliability and validity of the evaluation.The latest evaluation result was the judgement in relationship with the biggest value.At last,it was judged that the inner package of the commercial vehicle cab was very good,and could satisfy the ergonomics demands of users in different sizes.The study of commercial vehicle inner body ergonomics package was profound and usable.It was a reference to raise design efficiency and precision,to understand the complex relationship between the inner car-body character parameters clearly.The explore in evaluating car-body ergonomics package in this paper is of feasibility.But for the complex of inner cab man-machine system,limited in time and other impersonality condition,the package tool system and evaluate modle developed in this paper are not completely.Maybe there is some distance from actual engineering application.So this paper is just a explore and experiment,some parts were not thoroughly and completely.It needed enrich and perfect more.
