Cogeneration is a highly efficient method of joint production of heat andelectricity, which was commercialized some time ago. Compared to the separategeneration the thermoelectric generation has many advantages: it reducesenergy consumption, improves air quality, gives supplemental power, savesurban land, improves the quality of heating, facilitates the comprehensiveutilization, improves the city image, reduces accidents. CHP has manyadvantages so countries around the world are making great efforts to develop it.The world’s cogeneration development presents different trends and we need totake advantages of these trends and use them while planning of urbandevelopment of cogeneration.Shuangyashan City which is in Heilongjiang Province is the eastern city ofdevelopment with the core layer of the city. It is an important HeilongjiangProvince’s regional center of the city, in eastern Heilongjiang Province coal basecore area, due to the mine after the founding of a city, now the pilot cities for thethird batch of national resources transformation. And it is committed to tobecome an important growth pole of economic development in HeilongjiangProvince, and it has a certain influence on the world of internationalization andmodernization of border cities in2020. The Shuangyashan is one of the10major coal mines, and is ranked first in coal reserves of Heilongjiang Province.City coal, metallurgy, chemical industry, machinery and other heavy industry,high-tech industry is booming. The strength of the economy, skyscrapers,business prosperity, industrial development, state-of-the-art medical education,Heilongjiang Province is the only one of both big coal, big barn, forest, wetlands,farm city. In2013the Shuangyashan city’s GDP per capita continues to ranksfourth in Heilongjiang Province. Recent years, the Shuangyashan City is pickingup speed, coupled with the subsidence area, the urban shantytownsgovernance transformation, urban heating area rapidly expanding thecompany’s existing2×200MW heating unit can not meet the heatingShuangyashan requirements. To this end, the A company plans to build2×350MW supercritical heating unit so that Shuangyashan City could meet theheating needs. The overall thesis includes five parts, project overview,construction conditions, engineering envisaged project implementationconditions and outline the progress of research conclusions.The first part is about the project profiles. This part describes A company. Acogeneration projects, significance and project ideas. And to determine thetechnical requirements of a thermal power plant feasibility study report depthrequirements (DL/T5375-2008) and the National Development PlanningCommission, State Economic and Trade Commission and the Ministry ofConstruction jointly issued the "cogeneration project feasibility study", thecompletion of the project feasibility study.The second part is about the factories condition. This section focuses oncombined power system access, heat load analysis, fuel supply, site conditions,transportation, hydrology and meteorology, plant water supply, storage cinderyard site regional stability and engineering geology study analyzed the plantcondition.The third part is dealing with the project envisaged. The main study of this part of the discussion of the overall planning of the whole plant and plant masterplanning, installed programs, host technical conditions, thermal system, theburning of coal pulverizing system, electrical parts, fuel transportation system,ash removal system, chemical moiety, heat control, the main plant layout,building structural parts, water supply and drainage system and cooling facilities,the ash field, fire systems, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning, informationsystems and security, and through the comparison of two sets of programanalysis, the optimal solution. It is worth mentioning that, in this section, a largenumber of creative use of space Environmental Protection analysis, analysis ofsoil and water conservation through research, desulfurization, out of stock,waste water pollutants eventually comes up with effective solutions to ensurethat this project becomes an environment friendly green energy projects.The fourth part of the project is about the implementation conditions and contourprogress. This section focuses on research of the construction conditions andconstruction site layout planning, as well as on the construction contourprogress.The fifth part is the conclusion of the study. This section mainly determine theproject’s funding sources and financing options, and project financial analysis,and ultimately concluded A company. Cogeneration Project financial evaluationof the indicators, and also how to meet the basic requirements of the powerindustry, and how to achieve good economic and social effects.
